Jan Vinken and Anneken Warners with her guardian Dr. G.H. Hein made a will on 28 Jan 1766.
His nieces and nephew Maria Warners, Sara Warnaars, Judith Warners and Hendrik Warners (and their children) are mentioned in the will of Jan Vinken. Jan's mother and their grandmother were half sisters; Judith Willink was the common ancestor8 His nephew and niece Hendrik Bavink and Judith Bavink are also grandchildren of Judith Willink, through their mother Hendrikje Warnaars.7
His nephew and niece Aeltien Knoef and Henrik Knoef are related to Jan through their grandmother Geertje Janssen Vinken, the common ancestor is Jan Vinken. It is not clear whether Jan Knoef is their brother or their father.7

After the death of the survivor half of the estate will go to the family of Jan Vinken, namely zijn nicht Maria Warners of haar zoon Gerhard ten Cate, de kinderen of zijn nicht Judith Warners, de kinderen van zijn neef en nicht Hendrik Bavink and Sara Warnaars, de kinderen van Judith Bavink, vrouw van Barend Bavink, de zoon van zijn neef, wijlen Hendrik Warners, m.n. Warner Warners, de kinderen van wijlen zijn nicht Aeltien Knoef, vrouw van Gerrit Witvoet, zijn neef Henrik Knoef, en zijn neef Jan Knoef. De andere helft gaat naar de familie van Anneken Warners, m.n. haar zuster Geesien Warners, vrouw van Hendrik Heilbron, en haar broer Everwijn Warners.7
