Dr. G.H. Hein, lawyer, as representative of Antoni van het Weemsel and his wife Maria Kippers, as assigns of the minor children of the late A. Johannes Kippers, as children and heirs of Jan Jansen Kippers and his wife Geesje Bolk conveyed to Hermen ten Cate Jr, a haouse and yard with the land and garden behind it, next to the house ownedand inhabited by Jannes ten Cate.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 18 Feb 1730:
Dr. G.H. Hein, lawyer, as representative of Antoni van het Weemsel and his wife Maria Kippers, as assigns of the minor children of the late A. Johannes Kippers, as children and heirs of Jan Jansen Kippers and his wife Geesje Bolk conveyed to Hendrik Wanders, a house of two dwellings with the garden behind it, inhabited by Jan Beunk and Hubert Paschen.4

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 13 Oct 1733:
Antoni van het Weemsel, and also Baerent Meijer, with her guardian Jan Bakker, Jan Hendrick van het Weemsel and his wife Sheitken Arentsen, Abraham van het Weemsel and his wife Janna Schokkink, Philippus van het Weemsel and his wife Geertruit Otten, together children and heirs of Wolter van het Weemsel and Johanna Bruins conveyed to Abraham Lindeman, and his wife and heirs, their parental half house and yard with the land behind it.1
