It was proved in Jun 1908. It mentioned his wife Harriet E. Terhune, living at 169 Adelphi Street, Brooklyn, NY; his brother Samuel L. Terhune, living at 112 Washington Street, Mount Vernon, NY; his sister Catherine Dodez, living at 61 Downing Street, Brooklyn, NY; his sister Agnes Lozier, wife of Daniel C. Lozier, living at 607 Madison Street, Brooklyn, NY; his niece, Daisy Durkee, living at 61 Downing Street, Brooklyn, NY; and his nephew George Durkee, living at South Bend, Indiana; as wellas a number of other friends, and a number of other nieces and nephews.7,8 His parents were Abram I. NJ, clerk in shoe store), Nicholas (22, b. NJ, clerk in drugstore), John (20, b. NJ, farmer), and Garret (12, b. NJ, at school); and on the next page: Sophia (3, b. NJ); Elisabeth Mercelis (67, b. NJ, at home), Margaret McKay (22, b. Ireland, domestic) and Caroline West (11, b.
