     Letters of administration over the estate of Charles De Nisseau, dec'd, were granted to George Ellsworth, Jr. on 3 Dec 1712, as having recently married Jane Muzerall, daughter of Jane, the wife of Charles de Nisseau. his will was dated 20 Apr 1707, he left his estate to his wife Jane, and after her death to Jane Muzerall, his wife's daughter, and made his wife executor, and she is since dead.⁴ Name variation: George Elsworth.⁵

He mentions wife Ariantie; son Nicholas; father, George Elsworth, dec'd; four grand children, Peter Newbury, Sarah Leacraft, Mary Leacraft and Elizabeth Leacraft; daughter Elizabeth; son Cornelius; son Theophilus; son Verduyn Ellsworth (a minor); children: Ariantie, Elizabeth, Cornelius, Theophilus, and Verduyn. Executors: son-in- law, Thomas Seymour, of New York, mariner, and my son-in-law, John Beekman, merchant, and my daughter Cornelia.
