On 31 Oct 1716 Sarah Netherton came into Court and made Oath that Henry Netherton deced. departed this life without makeing any Will soe farr as she knows or believes, and upon her motion Certificate is granted her for obtaining Letters of Administration on the Decedent's Estate in due fonn, and ordered she give security for her due administration according to Law and alsoe ordered that an inventory be taken on 26 Jun 1717 (rec. 25 Jul.) The total value was £168-4-3. 4
