     Cornelis was from Almelo at his marriage.2,1 He (1) married (NH) Alette Rompelman, daughter of Hendrik Rompelman and Maria, on 16 Jun 1710 in Almelo1,2 (banns 11 May 1710, Almelo).1 He (2) married (NH) Hendrijna Lucas on 8 May 1718 in Almelo. (with papers from Haarlem)2 (banns (NH) 10 Apr 1718, Almelo).2 He died b 8 Oct 1742.4

Other information:

Cornelis Trovest and Hendrijna Lucas made a will on 12 Dec 1741. They name their sons Jan and Klaas and daughter Aletta as heirs.5

Maria, the widow of Henrik Rompelman, together with Gerrit Rompelman and his wife Geesken Holts, the widow of Egbert Rompelman, Gradus Rompelman and his wife Geertjen ten Bruggencate and Cornelis Trovest and his wife Alette Rompelman conveyed their half house, which the late Hendrik Rompelman had bought from his father Lambert Rompelman, but that he had not yet paid for, situated between the half house of the widow of Jan Gijsberts and that of Egbert Kosters, to Jenneken Rompelman, the widow of Herman Bordewijk.6

Jan Troost could be the cousin of Cornelis Trovest, Cornelis' sons are guardians for Jan's minor children in 1755.7
