     Philip Mook was born in 1779 in Amsterdam.1 He married Aletta ten Bruggencate, daughter of Berent ten Bruggencate and Gerritdina Schoenmaker,2 (banns 17 Jul 1807, Amsterdam. His witness was his father Jan Mook; hers her father Barend ten Bruggenkaten and her mother Grietje Kuijper).1 He died b 1852.3

Other information:
He lived at the time of his marriage in the Bakkerstraat in Amsterdam.1 His father was Jan Mook. He lived on the Achterburgwal near the chimney.1
Philip Mook and Aletta ten Bruggencate had at least 2 more children: Willem (b. 28 Mei 1814), and Antonia (b. 16 Jul 1817, Amsterdam).4,5
