Baerent Hagedoorn took out a mortgage with Albertus Bastiaan, and his wife Anna Christina Lubelei and his children and heirs, with as collateral his house and yard, in which he is living. Also present are Philippus Prumes and his wife Cornelia Hagedoorn, Abraham Hagedoorn and his wife, for themselves, and the first together with Cornelis Trovest as guardians over the minor children of Jan Bakker and his late first wife Geertruid Hagedoorn, i.e. Simon Bakker and Fenneken Bakker, and also Jan Bakker, who guarantee their legal portion.2
