Her parents were Willem Rudolf Klaasing and Maria Adriana Cornelia van Opstal.1 Josephina Johanna Cornelia Klaasing immigrated on the Nieuw Amsterdam, from Rotterdam, arriving in New York on 31 Oct 1914 with four children: Wilhelmus (11), Marie (9), Anna (5) and Roelof (11 mo), all born in Bussum. She was going to her husband Roelof Hoebee in Ashley Heights, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey. Her contact in Holland is her father Willem Klaassing in Amersfoort. Last residence was Bussum.2,3
