     Johannes Revius was born on 14 Apr 1721 in Almelo.3 He married (NH) Catharina Elisabeth Bruins, daughter of Hendrik Jan Bruins and Theodora Princen, on 29 Feb 1748 in Almelo2,1 (banns (NH) 1 Feb 1748, Almelo.)1 He died b 1804, because his wife was a widow in her son's will.5

More Information:

Dossier Menno van Meeteren Brouwer has the date of marriage as 28 Feb. The document looks like a bible record.3 He was a merchant.6

Antonie Bruins and his wife appoint Johannes Revius to convey a house u Stad Almelo to the Count of Almelo.7

Landgericht, Almelo, 20 Feb 1767:
Piternella Wolters widow of the late Lambert ten Bruggenkate, with Gerrit ter Brake as guardian conveyed a piece of land in the Bartelsgaarden, the first piece from the Bartels Bridge, to the piece that Barent ten Bruggencate Isaaczn has bought, to Johannes Revius and his wife Catharina Elisabeth Bruins. The sales contract was dated 9 Jan 1767.8

Johannes Revius, and his wife Catharina Elisabeth Bruins conveyed to Thomas ten Bruggencate, and his wife and heirs, a garden, near the Wijer, next to the garden of Berent ten Bruggencate.9
