Jacobus Heijke, and his wife Alberdina Peters took out a mortgage with Gerrit Kuijper, and his wife Willemina Kramers and heirs, with as collateral their house and yard, located at the Plas, called "The Crowned Lamb", in which they themselves are living.5

Dr. A. J. Dull and Dr. G.H. Hein both judges and lawyers in Almelo, as guardians over the bankrupt estate of Jacobus Heijke and his late wife Alberdina Peters conveyed to Lambert Boom, and his wife Janna Bolk, a house and yard, with the dwellings in the rear, called "Het Gekroonde Lam," located at the Platse, in which the aforementioned couple was living.6
