Maria ter Keurst, widow of Burgemeester Henrik Holtman, and her daughter Geertruit Holtman with their guardian Secr. Hein took out a mortgage with Baerent Pastoors, and his wife Venneken Bolk, with as collateral all their furniture and their half house, in which they are living, at the Stream, of which the other half belongs to Arent Pastoors.2

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 1 Jul 1732:
Maria ter Keurst, widow of Burgemeester Henrik Holtman, and her daughter Geertruit Holtman conveyed to Jan Trovest, and his wife Geesken ten Bruggenkate and heirs, their half house and yardof which teh other half belongs to Baerent Holtman.3
