He was baptized (Doopsgez.) in 1706 by Ds. Isaac Paaschen.3 He was mentioned in the will of Hendrik Warners on 3 Feb 1714.1 Swaantje Warners, with her guardian Dr. Hein, together with Jannes Warners, Benjamin Warners and Anthonij Warners, made a will on 25 Mar 1732. They are children of the late Hendrik Warners. They name each other sole heir.2 He presented Swaantje Warners's will for probate on 6 Feb 1766.2

He names as sole heir the 2 children of his nephew Tobias van Lochem, from his 1st marriage with his niece Stijntje Warnars, namely Maria van Lochem and Jan van Lochem. He gives to the youngest daughter of his nephew Tobias van Lochem, from his 2nd marriage with the late Margaretha Bolk, namely Margaretha van Loghem ƒ1500.-. To Pieter Warners, son of his late brother Pieter Warners ƒ1000.-. To Ester Warners, wife of Hendrik van Lochem, and daughter of Jan Warners ƒ500.-. To the 3 children of his late halfbrother Henrik Warners each ƒ200.-. To Hendrik Blenken ƒ500.-. To Gerrit Blenken ƒ100.-. To the NH parish of Almelo ƒ100.-. To the Mennonite Parish of Almelo some real estate, situated in the boerschap Marle, Gericht Hellendoorn. He names as executors Antonij Warners and Tobias van Lochem4
Jannes Warners Hendrikszn declares in a letter he himself had signed, that his heirs have to pay his maid Trienken Nieuwenhuijs ƒ15.- per annum for the rest of her life.6 Jannes Warners Hendrikszn's estate was probated on 29 Sep 1768. Hendrik van Lochem husband of Ester Warners, Pieter Warners and Willem Warners the last also for his brother Jacob Warners, together heirs of Jannes Warners Hendrikszn, who died on 13 Sep 1768, present the will of forementioned Jannes Warners Hendrikszn for probate.4
