Derk Janssen Kerseboom was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Hendrikje Janssen, daughter of Jan Gijsberts and Geertien Willemsen, on 18 Mar 1703 in Wierden (with certificate from Almelo)3 (banns (NH) 7 Jan 1703, Almelo.)1

Jan Pot and his wife Eva Gijsberts, as well as Derck Karseboom, also for his wife Eva Karseboom, and further Arent Swissen and Jan Princen, as guardians over Jan Swissen, together heirs of the late Willem Gijsberts conveyed to Berent Vrijlink, and his wife Fenneken ten Hoeve and heirs, their half house and yard with the rear house, and half of the well and the land around it, between the house of Evert Willemsen's children and that of Jannes Kosters.2
