Jan van Lochem, and his wife Geertruijt ten Stokkelaar conveyed to Mr. Jan Hendrik Ruink, and his wife Anna Theodora van Someren and heirs, their house and yard, with the garden behind it, between the house of Wolter Post, and the house of Gerrit Hilgerink.7

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 1 May 1715:
Mr. Jan Hendrik Ruink, and his wife Anna Theodora van Someren took out a mortgage with Andries van Lochem, merchant in this town, with as collateral their house and yard, with the garden behind it, between the house of Wolter Post, and the house of Gerrit Hilgerink.8

Mr. Jan Hendrik Ruink, and his wife Anna Theodora van Someren conveyed to Jan Mokkelencate, and his wife Margaretha Boom, their house, yard, and garden, between the house of Gerrit Hilgerink and that of Woltert Post.9
