     Ten dwellings were recently sold in Radburn, the model town which the City Housing Corporation is building near Paterson and Ridgewood, New Jersey. Among the buyers was A.T. de la Mare Jr.3

Alpheus T. deLaMare was born on 13 March 1901 in New Jersey.4,5 Alpheus T. deLaMare married Mary.6 Alpheus T. deLaMare died in October 1984 in Bergen County, New Jersey.5 Alpheus T. deLaMare was a salesmanager in New York.6 Alpheus T. deLaMare and Mary are listed as arriving at Idlewild from Bermuda with PanAm Airlines on 1 May 1954.7 An Alpheus T. deLaMare is listed as the author of "Garden Guide; The Amateur Gardeners' Handbook" in 1923; this is probably his father.
