Walter was listed in 1931 at 10 Burnham Place, in 1933-9 at 3 Bedford Place, and in 1941-4 at 201-C5 Abbott Road. Walter Bender married Elizabeth.4 Walter Bender was in 1931 an assistant sales manager in New York. In 1933 he was a broker, and in 1935-1939 a jr. executive, and in 1941 an executive, all in New York.4,5,6,7,8

Duerr died before 1991.10 Karl and Edith had 2 children: William and Jean.9 William was born in 1927 in New York.9,11,12 William Duerr died before 1991.10 William Duerr graduated on 20 July 1944 from Ridgewood High School in Ridgewood. William was one of the last graduating class of Radburnites of Ridgewood High School. He planned to join the Navy.11,12 Jean was born in 1931 in New York.9

     William Duerr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Karl B. Duerr of Burnham Place and Alan Schade, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Alan Schade of Addison Place left on Friday (July 17), and are at Great Lakes Naval Base. They passed V-6 tests and are training as radio technicians.11
