William B. Harley was born in 1890 in New Jersey.14 William B. Harley married Mildred A.15,8 William B. Harley was a lawyer in Paterson. In the 1948 numerical directory, he was listed as MD, but in the alphabetical section he was a lawyer.)8,10,9 Mildred was born in 1900 in New Jersey.15 Mildred A. Harley was a teacher, in 1948 at Roosevelt School, in 1960 at Lyncrest School.9,16 William was born in 1926 in New Jersey.15,12 William Harley graduated on 20 July 1944 from Ridgewood High School in Ridgewood. William was one of the last graduating class of Radburnites of Ridgewood High School.
