Russell appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 4 Aberdeen Place, with Patricia B. as wife, and their child Patricia Ruth. Enumerated with him was Henry A. Russell, father and Anna E. Russell, mother.2 Carl R. Russell was an accountant at the Electric Co. in New York. In the 1940 census he is listed as an accountant for a telephone supply firm.2,4,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Carl R. Russell was a Veteran of the World War.2 Patricia was born in 1905 in South Dakota.2 Carl and Patricia were listed in 1930-1 at 4 Aberdeen Place, and in 1933-46 at 9 Bedford Place.

     Mrs. Annie H. Zachman and Mrs. Patricia B. Russell were instructors in resp. German and French in the Adult Education courses, sponsored by the Carnegie Foundation and the American Association for Adult Education.5

Henry A. Russell was born in 1855 in Maine.2 Henry A. Russell married Anna E. in 1890.2 Henry A. Russell was a physician.6 Anna was born in 1865 in Wisconsin.2 Henry A. Russell died on 10 March 1933 in Radburn.7 Henry and Anna were listed in 1930 at their son Carl's house at 4 Aberdeen Place, and in 1931-3 at their son Albert's house at 16 Bancroft Place.

#2. Theodore K. Ferry (1933).

Theodore K. Ferry was born in 1901 in New York.8 Theodore K. Ferry married Judith P.. She is not listed with him in the 1940 census.9,10,8 Theodore K. Ferry was a sales manager in New York. In 1939 he was an investment banker in New York.9,10 Theodore K. Ferry was mayor of Fair Lawn in from 1939 to 1944.11,10 Theodore and Judith were listed in 1933 at 4 Aberdeen Place, and in 1935-46 at 1 Ashburn Place.

#3. Mrs Lorena A. Forsythe (1935).

No occupation was listed for Mrs Lorena A. Forsythe.12 Lorena was listed in 1935 at 4 Aberdeen Place, and in 1937 as removed to New York.

#4. J. Randolph Flecke (1937).

J. Randolph Flecke was born in 1902 in New Jersey.13 Randolph Flecke married Florence B.4,13 Randolph Flecke was in 1931 a supervisor. Later he is a commercial representative in New York. In the 1940 census he is listed as a commercial representative for the telephone company.4,14,13 Randolph and Florence were listed in 1931 at 302-E3 Highstreet, in 1933-5 they are not listed, then in 1937 at 4 Aberdeen Place, and in 1939-46 at 14 Bristol Place.

#5. W. Alton Harrison (1939).

W. Alton Harrison was born in 1907 in New Jersey.15 W. Alton Harrison married Marie Z. in 1929.15 Alton Harrison was in 1930 a lawyer (general legal work), and in 1931 an attorney and the Recorder of the Borough of Fair Lawn. and later also attorney for the Fair Lawn Board of Education. His office was in the Fair Lawn - Radburn Trust Building.15,4,9 He owned a radio in 1930.15 Marie was born in 1907 in New Jersey.15 Alton and Marie were listed in 1930-1 at 1 Arlington Place, in 1933-7 at Fair Lawn Ave, Fair Lawn then in 1939 at 4 Aberdeen Place, and in 1940 at 506 Broadway, Paterson

#6. Frederick C. Earl (1941).

Frederick C. Earl married Elizabeth B.16 Frederick C. Earl was an engineer in New York.16

#7. Horton S. Allen (from 1944 to 1946).

Horton S. Allen was born in 1912 in Massachusetts.17 Horton S. Allen married Evelyn P.14,17 Evelyn was born in 1913 in Maryland.17 Horton and Evelyn were listed in 1937-41 at 10B Townley Road, and in 1944-6 at 4 Aberdeen Place.
