"Mosis as my witness , the son of Benedict, he lives in Heerlen" was listed on 22 Jun 1751 as a witness for Frans Severins, and he signed in Hebrew.
Mozes Benedict was arrested on 5 Jan 1773 in connection with the trials of the Bokkerijders, but was freed on bail on 16 Jan, and the case was dismissed on 28 Sep 1774.3
