They sell for 630 car. gld. to the brewer Pauwel Hindrikx and Antje Jacobs Vos a room with the yard behind it (after an oral agreement with Martinus Jans) and a half place (after oral agreement with Albert Jans en Jantje Jans), bordered in the east by the house of ? Abraham, the widow of the brewer Vos, and the land of Juffr. Grijp; in the south by the Heereweg; in the west by Albert Jans and Tonnis Martens; and in the north by the peat fields.³
