     Ebenezer Washburn was born s 1693 in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.3 He married Patience Miles, daughter of Stephen Miles and Patience Wheeler, on 29 Jun 1721 at New Milford, Connecticut.4,5 He died in Feb 1762 in Monmouth County, New Jersey.6

Other information:

     He left Bridgewater for New Milford, CT c. 1720, and later to Dover, Dutchess County, NY, Kent, CT, and finally to Middletown, Monmouth County, NJ4 He died intestate. The inventory of his estate was made on 25 Feb 1762, his widow Patience Washburn renunciated in favor of her son Jonathan Washburn on the 26th, and the estate was probated on 5 Mar 1762 in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Jonathan was the administrator.6
Ebenezer Washburn and Patience Miles had five more children baptized in Kent, CT. They were baptized in the Congregational Church in Kent; the earlier children were baptized in the Congregational Church in New Milford, CT.7
