Other information:

Richard Otis made a will on 17 Nov 1611. It mentions his sons Stephen Otis, John Otis and Thomas Otis, two daughters and a surviving wife.1
The parish registers of St. John the Baptist Parish (Glastonbury, County Somerset, England) as transcribed in NEHGR 5:223 list in addition to the children of John: 6 children of James (William, Maria, Flora, Eleanor, James and John, between 1609 and 1621), two marriages: William x Agnes Awsten (7 Jan 1606), James x Flora Awsten (1 Aug 1608), and burials of Maria, wife of William (1 Dec 1605), Agneta, widow (6 Jun 1614) and James, son of James (14 Mar 1618).
In addition there are in Othery (near Bridgewater), County Somerset, baptisms of children of Anthony: Elizabeth, Thomas and Sibella (between 1561 and 1569), and John and Joan (1627, 1629), and burial of Anthony son of Anthony 18 Jan 1653.
It seems to me that the possibility exists that William is the father of James (the marriage being his 2nd marriage). James has both a son William, and a daughter Mary. There are obviously at least two Anthony's: one with children around 1565, one with children around 1625, and possibly one with a child around 1650. The second Antony is the contemporary of William and Richard. The timespan is rather wide to have the second Anthony be the son of the first, the recorded children are then the first Antony's very first, and the second Antony's very last children, so maybe there is another generation in between.1
