Maria, the widow of Henrik Rompelman, together with Gerrit Rompelman and his wife Geesken Holts, the widow of Egbert Rompelman, Gradus Rompelman and his wife Geertjen ten Bruggencate and Cornelis Trovest and his wife Alette Rompelman conveyed their half house, which the late Hendrik Rompelman had bought from his father Lambert Rompelman, but that he had not yet paid for, situated between the half house of the widow of Jan Gijsberts and that of Egbert Kosters, to Jenneken Rompelman, the widow of Herman Bordewijk.1

Maria, the widow of Hendrik Rompelman will be allowed to live in the room she now lives in for the rest of her life, with a place near the fireplace, for which she needs to pay a dollar per year. In case the widow Bordewijk sells or rents out her house, and Maria cannot get along with the new inhabitants, she can leave, and she will get a compensatory payment of ƒ100,=.1
