     Johannes ten Bruggencate was born on 5 Mar 1891 in Enschede (Rietmolenweg (wijk F)).1,3 He married Diena Knol, daughter of Dirk Knol and Margje Huisman, on 2 Mar 1915 in Losser2 (banns 13 Feb 1915, Losser).2 He died on 23 Dec 1939 in Throne, Alberta,4,3, and was buried in the Coronation Cemetery in Coronation.5 An obituary appeared in the Coronation Review on 28 Dec 1939 and mentioned his wife, sons, and brother.3
