     Johannes ten Bruggencate was born on 5 Mar 1891 in Enschede (Rietmolenweg (wijk F)).1,3 He married Diena Knol, daughter of Dirk Knol and Margje Huisman, on 2 Mar 1915 in Losser2 (banns 13 Feb 1915, Losser).2 He died on 23 Dec 1939 in Throne, Alberta,4,3, and was buried in the Coronation Cemetery in Coronation.5 There was a obituary in the Coronation Review on 28 Dec 1939, in which his wife, sons, and brother were mentioned.3
