     Gerrit, son of Arent Lephelts got on 8 Aug 1663 into a fight with Lubbert, the servant of the Count of Almelo.2

Gerrit Levelt goes to court in the Court of Almelo for his wife. He says dat he has the right to a third of the inheritance of his late father-in-law Willem Steenmetselaar and his wife. He objects to the division, but after the other heirs give a declaration under oath, he is willing to cooperate.4

Gerrit Levelt sues Wolter ten Bruggencate. The last attested the inventory he had supplied concerning "the property of Gerrit Levelt's wife's mother."4

Wolter ten Bruggencate sued Gerrit Levelt for a debt of 39 guilders for drinks at Wolter's house (He had a tavern).5

14 Jun 1669, Stadsgericht Almelo.
Gerrit Levelt and his wife Aalke Wolters ten Bruggencate convey to Johan then Caete, the place and land, next to the garden of the buyer, and on the other side along the road used by Berent Cnoop and Gerrit Lovelt.1,2

6 Jun 1681, Stadsgericht Almelo.
Gerrit Levelt sues Hermke ten Bruggencate his wife's half-sister, for his wife Aeltien ten Bruggencot, heir of his late father-in-law Wolter ten Bruggencotte. He wants division of the inventory of the estate.6
