     Albertus ten Bruggencate was born on 20 Jul 1886 in Amsterdam (in the ship, moored at Oosterdok 3, wijk U).1,2 He married Amy Ihde on 29 Jul 1916 in Sault Ste Marie, Chippewa County, Michigan.3
