Janna de Boer was born in 1871 in Kloosterburen, Groningen, The Netherlands.1 She married Johannes Molenstra on 18 May 1895 in Kloosterburen, Groningen.1


More information:
Her parents were Gale de Boer and Kaatje Woldijk.1 Johannes Molenstra and Janna Molenstra immigrated on the Nieuw Amsterdam, from Rotterdam, arriving in New York on 28 Mar 1910 with two children: Jan (14 b. in Ulrum) and Karel (6 mo, b Kloosterburen). He was going to his step-brother Jacob van Dijk in 99 Hopper Street, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey. This is most likely the brother of his sister-in-law Anje.2
