  • Was Lambert Colmschate possibly the father of Jan Colmschate? If Jan is indeed the Jan Lambers of the memberlist, then it would make sense.
     Lambert Colmschate was from in Dulder at his marriage.4 He married Trijntje Jansen Knoep in Almelo4 (banns (NH) 22 Jan 1654, Oldenzaal.)4 He died a 1693, because he was living at the time of Trijntjen's marriage.1

He (as Lambert Kolmschot, and in the copy as Lamb: Kolmenschott) is listed in the 1683 list of poor people (#19.)

Swenne Hendrix, and her current husband Theodorus de Witte conveyed to Johan ther Brugge, and Lambert Colmschate, their half house and garden, between the house of Jan Jurrijens and the half house, in which the widow of Hendrik voor de Boom is living.5

Almelo, 12 Sep 1670:
Geert ten Bruggencate and his brothers Wolter ten Bruggencate and Jan Harmsen ten Bruggencate, petition to finish the case against Lambert Kolmschot.6,2
