Winthrop J. Means married Margaret V.³ Winthrop J. Means was an engineer in 1937, but no occupation was listed in 1935.^3,4 Winthrop was listed in 1935 at 12A Townley Road, and in 1937 at 363 Spring Ave, Ridgewood.

The monthly rent in 1940 was $52.⁵
In the 1940 census the house number was listed as 3A. It is not clear, that Howard Speer actually lived in this house, but he was enumerated between William Hanann and Earl Whitmore. Those house numbers were also wrong, but William was listed in the 1939 and 1941 directories at the same address, and Earl was at that address in 1939. Note taht WIlliam's name was misspelled (Hanann instead of Hanemann.)

John E. Catlin married Eleanor J (or S.)^4,6 John E. Catlin was a vice-president in New York. In 1941 he was a salesman.⁴ John was listed in 1937 at 11 Bancroft Place, in 1939 as removed to Connecticut, and in 1941-6 at 12A Townley Road. Howard was listed in 1930 at 12 Arlington Place, in 1931 at 325 Howard Ave, then in 1933 at 2 Ashburn Place, in 1935 at 20A Townley Road, in 1937-9 at 341 Howard Ave, in 1940 at 12A Townley Road, in 1944 at 302-H5 Highstreet, in 1946 at 302-F7 Highstreet, and in 1960 at 343 Howard Ave. In 1941 they were living at Fair Lawn Ave, which is not Radburn.

Richard was listed in 1964 at 8A Townley Road, and in 1966-1968 at 12A Townley Road.

David was listed in 1968 at 4B Townley Road, in 1970-1973 at 12A Townley Road, and in 1973 also at 18 Brearly Crescent.
