George W. Patterson was born in 1895 in Rhode Island.4 George W. Patterson married Esther S.5,4,6 George W. Patterson was an automobile salesman in Paterson.5,4 Esther was born in 1904 in New Jersey.4 The 1940 census lists the 1935 residence as 'same house,' but lists the house number as 19 instead of 24.4

Dorothea M. Schickfus was born in 1871 in New York.4 Dorothea M. Schickfus married Kurt. He is not listed with her in the 1940 census, but it does not state she is widowed. No husband is listed in the directories.7,4 The 1940 census lists the 1935 residence as 'same house,' but she is not listed in the 1935 directory.

A.W. was listed in 1944 at 10 Reading Terrace, and in 1946 at 24 Reading Terrace.
