Arthur immigrated in 1872, Katie in 1865; their eight children (Jessie, Anna, Katherine, Ruth, Florence, Jacob, Harry, and Alice) were all born in NJ. In 1939 Katherine lives with John Groothedde (pres. this is the same as Jacob in the census) at 307 Plaza Road North, Alice married Lawrence Noon, they lived at 7 Ramsey Terrace from 1946. In 1923 John (21, b. 1902, Ruth (25, b. 1898), and Jessie (28, b. 1895, all in Paterson) arrive at Ellis Island from Hamilton, Bermuda, on the "Fort Victoria."
