Sinclaire appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 12 Burnham Place, with Emilie C. as wife, and their children Emilie M. and Sheila.3 Edward F. Sinclaire was a chief clerk for the railroad.3 He owned a radio in 1930.3 Emilie was born in 1896 in Delaware.3 Before coming to Radburn Edward and Emilie lived in West Haven, Connecticut.5 Emilie was born in 1925 in Connecticut.3 Sheila was born in February 1928 in Connecticut.3

     The City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 12 Burnham Place, Radburn to Frederick A. Hemsath of Pelham.6
Frederick and Gertrude were listed in 1931-3 at 12 Burnham Place, and in 1935 as removed to Maplewood Frederick A. Hemsath married Gertrude S. in 1923.7,8 Frederick A. Hemsath was a physician in New York.7


#3. Joseph B. Rodgers (1935.)
Joseph B. Rodgers married Charlotte M.9 Joseph B. Rodgers was a teacher in New York.9


#4. Walter G. Molt (from 1937 to 1941.)

Walter G. Molt was born in 1907 in Germany.10 Walter G. Molt married Edith.11,10 Walter G. Molt was a chemist in New York. In 1940 he is listed as president (drug supplies), and in 1941 he is listed as treasurer.11,10,12 Edith was born in 1911 in Germany.10 Walter and Edith lived in 1935 in Stuttgart, Germany.10 Walter and Edith had a daughter Christina.10 Christina was born in 1937 in Germany.10

Robert A. Kaprelian was born in 1917 in North Bergen, New Jersey.13 Robert A. Kaprelian married Marie Boujicanian.14,13 Robert A. Kaprelian died on 8 March 2011 in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.13 (Obituary in the Radburn Bulletin on 17 March 2011, and also on the VanderPlaat website.)14,13 Robert A. Kaprelian was in 1948 an engineer in Wood Ridge. In 1973 he is a mechanical engineer C.W. Corps, and has the Kappy's Ridgewood Shell, State Hwy 17, Ridgewood.15,16
