He gives to his eldest son John Warren "the elder" his house in Nayland, in the parish of Corlee, with the land, woods and pastures belonging to it. If he dies without heirs, then it goes to his second son John Warren "the middle", or if he dies without heirs, to his son Richard, or Anne. His eldest son gets all the farm implements, and the household goods are divided among the four children. His two stepschildren Agnes and John Cole get their mother's goods. His brothers William and James are to be executors, for which they will get five loads of wood.2
