He gives to his wife Rose £20, and the household goods that she brought with her, the tenement where William Bawlden lives as long as she lives, and while she is a widow she can live in the parlor and a room in the house, to his son John his house with the barn stable, and garden, except for the two rooms in which his wife can live, to his daughter Mary and her issue the tenement, after his wife dies, to his sons Isaac, Nathaniel and Amos and his daughter Elizabeth £10, each, and to his sons Joshua and Thomas £10, when they turn 21. 20s to the poor of Nayland. John Warren is to be the executor. The will was proved on 4 Nov 1613.5

     Sarah's father Richard Warren, the Mayflower immigrant, does not seem to be related to John Warren, our ancestor. However, Sarah married John Cooke, a Mayflower passenger.6
