Tammo Nannes, heir and son of Fossa Lupkens, Focko Frericks as "swaeger" (son-in-law) of Sijben Lupkes, and Aeldrick Feickes as son of Syben, and also Rewen Luppesz. for his part, Hantko Hermans for his late wife Eluwe, and also for his wards, the children of the late Rewen and her husband Drewes Lodewyx., Peter Jacobs for Remcko Tammes and his wife Siben as heirs of the late Remcko, and Phebo Aisens as grandchild of Epko Lupkens, assisted by his "swaeger" Peter Gheertz for themselves and their group with "their cousin Haeyo Epkens" as co-heirs of Lupko Epkenz "the greatgrandfather of the plaintifs as well as the greatgrandfather of the complainant" declare before the court that they had a dispute over land that came from their great-grandfather3
Haijo Epkens is a son of Epko Lupkes, whose name connects with Lupko Epkens, who would however be the grandfather, and not the great-grandfather of Haeyo. The complainants had large costs, but did not receive anything from the courts. They declare to stop taking action against Haeyo, and thank him giving "not from duty, but from grace" the sisters Fossa, Syben en Epke, their part. In the margin is noted "Popcko Haeys accepit."3
