Sijncko Eppens exchanged with the guardians of the late Memmo Eppens's surviving children, namely Haijo Eppens, Aijso Ipens and Tammo Nannes, his part of the land, as well as the two parts of his brothers, Lupke Eppens and Evert Eppens, from the land where Haijo now lives, tthrough the Dollard until the AE. The guardians give Sijncko in exchange 2 deimt land across the Dollard in Kostert camp, in 8 deimt, bordered in the east by the parsonage in Midwolda, and in the west by the church, from the Ae until the Wardick. Witnesses: Eppo Eltiens en Johannes Koster.2

Haijo Eppens, in Midwolda, makes a deal with Aijso Ipens and Aijso Ipens and Tammo Nannens, guardians over the late Memmo Eppens' minor children. It pertains to the land between the land where Haijo is living and the Ae. On the east the heirs of the late Menno Tiddinga, on the west the late Memmo's children themselves. Witnesses: Nanno Haijens and Johannis Lamberts.3

Tammo Nannes, heir and son of Fossa Lupkens, Focko Frericks as "swaeger" (son-in-law) of Sijben Lupkes, and Aeldrick Feickes as son of Syben, and also Rewen Luppesz. for his part, Hantko Hermans for his late wife Eluwe, and also for his wards, the children of the late Rewen and her husband Drewes Lodewyx., Peter Jacobs for Remcko Tammes and his wife Siben as heirs of the late Remcko, and Phebo Aisens as grandchild of Epko Lupkens, assisted by his "swaeger" Peter Gheertz for themselves and their group with "their cousin Haeyo Epkens" as co-heirs of Lupko Epkenz "the greatgrandfather of the plaintifs as well as the greatgrandfather of the complainant" declare before the court that they had a dispute over land that came from their great-grandfather.4

Eppo Sijnckes and Hille [?] (spouses) sell to the guardians of the children of the late Memmo Eppens, namely Haijo Eppens, Aijso Ipens and Tammo Nannes, 22 daler, m. b. t. 50 daler. Witnesses: Rinnolt Diurckens and Brundt Harmens.5
