Jan Dieters, and his wife Geertien ten Bruggencate took out a mortgage with Hendrik Schuitemaker, with as collateral their house and yard, between the house of Everd Cremer and that of Simon Bakker. This was for beer, delivered among others on 10 Dec 1703, to the beforementioned Geertien ten Bruggencate, who was then the widow of Hendrik Godschalks.2
