Dora Derkjen Helmig, widow of Johannes Nijhoff, for herself, and as mother and guardian over her minor children, with her guardian Jan Bakker conveyed to Baerent van Griet, and his wife Judith Hertog, the half-house, in which she herself was living, with the land belonging to it, under condition that the buyers take on the mortgage of ƒ900,-, taken out with Burgmeester Bouw.1

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 18 Feb 1737:
Dr. A. J. Dull and Nico Harwig (prosecutor) as trustees of the bankrupt estate of Baerent van Griet and his wife Judith Hertog conveyed to Ulrijck Jan van der Horst, and his wife Aelken Jolink and heirs, the house of Baerent van Griet and his wife Judith Hertog.2
