     Essenis van Lochum was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Hermina Bolks on 30 Jan 1735 in Almelo1 (banns (NH) 9 Jan 1735, Almelo.)1

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 9 Feb 1739:
Zenis van Lochem, and his wife Hermina Bolks took out a mortgage with Abraham ten Cate, and his wife Stientje ten Cate, with as collateral their house and yard, in which they are living, between teh house of Hendrik Paesschen and that of Jan Waernink, and also a piece of land just outside Almelo, next to the garden of Harmannus Spijkers and on the other side on the road across from the garden of the widow of Jan ten Cate Gerritszn. The mortgage was paid off on 4 Feb 1747.4

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 14 Jan 1743:
Zenis van Lochem, and his wife Hermiena Bolk took out a mortgage with Abraham ten Cate, and his wife Stientje ten Cate and heirs, with as collateral their house and yard, between the house of Jan Waernink and that of the widow of Benjamin ten Bruggencate, in which Louis Reuvekamp is living, as well as a piece of land between the gardens of Hermannus Spijker and Ds. Rijsdijk.5

Senis van Lochem, and his wife Hermiena Bolk conveyed to Willem Schimmelpennink, and his wife Maria Waliens, their house and yard, between the house of Jan Waernink and that of Benjamin ten Bruggencate's heirs.6
