Gerrit Levelt sues Hermken Wolters ten Bruggencate as representitive of his wife Aeltien ten Bruggencot, heir of his late father-in-law Wolter ten Bruggencotte, his wife's halfsister. He wants division of the inventory of the estate.4

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 6 Aug 1715:
Hermken Wolters ten Bruggencate, widow of Jan Bolk, together with Jan van Senderen and his wife Fenneken Bolk, and Willem Prikkink and his wife Geesken Bolk took out a mortgage with Jenneke Roeters, with as collateral their half house, between the house of Berend Holtman and the half house of Aalke Wolters ten Bruggencate.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 24 Aug 1720:
Hermken Wolters ten Bruggencate widow of Jan Bolk, with her guardian Jan Bakker took out a mortgage with Berend Holtman and his wife Fenneke Bolk, with as collateral her half house, next to the house of Berend Holtman, the other half of which belongs to the widow of Gerrit Donkelman and the widow of Henrik ten Bruggencate.5
