In 1589 Brouwerie het Schuitien was the property of Margaretha van Heiden and Wessel Hoefslagh. In 1616 it becomes the property of her daughter and son-in-law Judith Arens and Jan Levelt, and after that by Arent Lepharts and his son Court. In 1718 Het Schuitien is mentiones as part of the security for a loan, that Hendrik Bolk and Frederica Princen obtain from their sister-in-law.3,4,5
