Jan Hendrik Ruijnck, and his wife Marrijken Jansen conveyed to Berent Alberts Vrijlink, and his heirs, their portion of their grandfather's estate, namely his house and garden1
It is not clear from the extract, whose inheritance is transferred. It seems most likely that they (or their wives) are both grandchildren of the deceased grandfather.
