It is unclear why Gerrit Palthe and Abraham then Caete sell the house of the late Jan Cuiper, unless they also were married to one of his daughters. She was maybe the Marrij Janssen, who became a member (with certificate from Arnhem) of the NH church in Almelo in 1690.2
