Elisabet Lijfftinck widow of Wolter Blouwel, with her guardian Jan Meints conveyed their house, garden and yard, between the house of Jan ten Cate and that of Albert Uijlenreef, to U. J. van der Horst and his wife Aaltjen Bruins.1
