Further Wolter Harmssen for his mother, the widow of Herman Jansen, and Jenneken Gerritsen, wife of Jan Gerritsen Grave, together as security for the late Jan Boerman conveyed to Hermannus ten Cate, and his wife Trijntje Willink, their house and yard called the "Richter Swam Huizen", with the rear-houses and gardens, in which now are living the Burgemeester Dr. Dr. Mullerus, Gerrit van Eep, and the widow of Henrik Stokkeler, between the house of Henrik Bavink (Hendrik Bavink?) and that of Lambert Boom.¹
