Berentien Hendriks Heineman as heir of her brother Jan Hendrik Heineman, also for the other heirs, with her husband Jan Henriks Olde as guardian conveyed the house of the late Jan Heineman, located between the house of the widow R. Raquet and that of Everd Hendriks, to Jannes Ruinx and his wife Christiena Hooftbreeker and heirs.1
