Marie Nilant widow of Henrik Muelenbelt, for herself and as guardian over her children, with her guardian Jan Bakker took out a mortgage with the Parish of Almelo, for the sum of 200 Car. Gld, and ƒ6.- court costs, and ƒ38.- unpaid interest, with as collateral her house and yard, between the house of Gerrit Hilgerink (Kuiper) and that of Henrik Tusvelt.1
