     Matthias David Vogel was born in 1772 in Oberlistingen, Niedermeijer.1,2 He married Roosje Joseph, daughter of Joseph Michiel and Mirla Abrahams, on 21 Jan 1813 in Almelo1 (banns 10 Jan 1813, Almelo.)1 He died on 28 Jul 1840 at wijk 2, house #14 in Stad Almelo. Abraham Hartog de Jong and Jacob Levie van Baren were the witnesses.2

He lived at the time of his marriage in Almelo.1 His parents were David Isaac and Vogel Jeremias. (Both had died many years ago in Niedermeyer.)1
