     Johannis Holtmans Pastoris was "the maid and wife of Mr. Anna Berndes."2 He died in 16161 Acc. to Ribbert he died in 1619, and his name was Holterman.3

More Information:
Johan Holtman wasa priest in Almelo. He was until c. 1600 priest of Almelo, after which he (at least in name) converted to the reformed religion, and was named as the first minister of Almelo.1
Johan Holtman made a will on 25 Jun 1616.145

Otto van Langen, judge in Almelo, declares that Geert yn de Wonde and his wife Jenne have all their lease rights, which they had from the lessor of the farm de Wonde, Mr. Johan Holtman, pastor in Almelo, given back to him;and also that Geert and Jenne, together with the children of her first marriage Johan, Aelheyt and Mette, assisted by their uncles and guardians Albert Soeten and Egbert upte Vyckerye, have sold and now transfer to Gert tho Wyrycke the house and other buildings on the "solstede" of the farm de Wonde, the last being the new lessee together with his wife Fenne. Keurnoten: Claes Koick and Joryen Frerycksz. Date 1569 juli 20.6

Otto van Langen, judge in Almelo, declares that Johan ter Noerdych and his wife Greta owe Mr. Johan Holtman, pastor in Almelo, 50 goldguilders. They give all their possessions as surity. Keurnoten: Joryen Freryckzon and Arent to Arken. Date 1570 januari 24.7

Otto van Langen, judge in Almelo, declares that Gert yn de Wonde and his wife Fenna owe Mr. Johan Holtman, pastor in Almelo, 50 goldguilders, forwhich they give as surity the house at de Wonde and the harvest of the land. Keurnoten: Roleff Gertzon and Joryen Frerycksson. Date 1574 december 9.8

Otto van Langen, judge in Almelo, declares Claes Lukenssen and his wife Alheyt owe Mr. Johan Holtman, pastor in Almelo, 65 Joachimsdaalders, for which the give a surity their garden in the back of the Oisteressche from the Kaadijck until Johan Scluters garden, between the lands of the squire of Almelo and those of the children of the late Johan van Vlodorp. Keurnoten: Herman ter Weer and Henryck Swyssen. Date 1578 november 21.9
